Yujie HJ-6015 Ultrasonic Welding Transducer

Yujie HJ-6015 Ultrasonic Welding Transducer

The Yujie HJ-6015 is our most powerful ultrasonic welding transducer, operating at 14.90-15.00 kHz with an industry-leading 2100W power output. Engineered for heavy-duty industrial welding, the lower 15 kHz frequency provides deeper penetration for thick materials and large components. Featuring dual threaded interfaces (M20×1.5 and M16×1) and ultra-low ≤10 Ω impedance, it offers flexible equipment integration with maximum energy transfer efficiency. The extended 151mm height and large Ø60ר30×10mm piezoelectric elements ensure sustained high-power operation for demanding production environments. Ideal for automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications requiring the welding of large plastic components and thick-wall parts.
