This public website does not provide user registration, account login, checkout, or customer portals. We provide a hosted engineering RFQ form and direct email contact.

If you submit the engineering RFQ form, the contact, company, application, specification, quantity, source-page, and campaign information you provide is processed by our hosting provider and delivered to our local customer-management workflow. Direct email remains available through mailto: links. We use submitted information only for quotation, engineering review, and business follow-up.

3. Analytics and Interaction Data

The English site currently uses Google Analytics 4. This may collect page-view and device/browser data, approximate location signals, referral data, and engagement events such as RFQ views, starts, successful submissions, errors, and clicks on email inquiry buttons. RFQ analytics do not include the message text or email address. We use this information to understand traffic patterns and improve site content and commercial pages.

4. Local Storage

The floating email prompt uses browser localStorage to remember whether you dismissed the prompt, so it does not reappear immediately on the next visit. That storage is kept in your browser, not as a user account on our site.

5. Cookies, Technical Logs, and Service Providers

Because the site uses Google Analytics 4 and Netlify hosting and form handling, analytics-related cookies or similar browser identifiers, plus routine server access logs, may be processed by those service providers. We therefore do not represent this site as a zero-cookie environment.
