The wired version lists the ceramic disc dimensions. Its holder envelope and lead length are confirmed separately. For the glass composite version, the assembly dimensions include the bonded glass layer.

MOQ, sample availability, lead time and test documentation are confirmed for the project. Atomization output depends on the complete assembly and operating conditions.

Component selection notes

Use these discs in a matched ultrasonic assembly. The ceramic element, holder, seal and drive conditions all affect the result. A shared nominal frequency does not establish interchangeability.

The catalog atomization reference is listed only for the pressure contact and glass composite versions. Finished-device performance and any medical or regulatory suitability require separate validation.
