For Simple Discs, Dimensions Are Enough
For a simple disc, send diameter, thickness and order quantity. Include material, electrodes and tolerances if known; a drawing is optional. If you are comparing larger order quantities, list them so we can quote volume pricing.
Grade selection follows the duty: hard compositions suit sustained high-drive duty, while soft grades favour sensing and low-drive actuation — the trade-offs are documented on the PZT material hub. If you are replacing an existing disc, sending the incumbent part's marking and measured dimensions lets our engineers propose a like-for-like or improved match.
